Dark Over Night translates painterly depth into woven material. Inspired by Rothko’s atmospheric use of colour, dark grounds intensify fluorescent lime, rust and reflective yarns, creating a controlled tension between shadow and illumination. The photographic world amplifies this emotional range, positioning the textile as both surface and spatial concept. Conceived by AE Studios, the project shows how contrast can become a tool for future interiors and products without losing its visual intensity.
